Bella Carta does Boudoir

Sometimes you just know ahead of time - before you've even tried something - that you're going to LOVE it. That's how I felt about boudoir photography. I don't know what it is, something about the confidence, the awesome outfits, the hair, the makeup, and of course, helping someone to feel their sexiest!  Thanks so much to Holly for modelling for us as we delve into the world of boudoir.

Sometimes the stars just align.  I was waiting for that kiss, and the camera flash from a guest taking pictures behind Nathan and Carla couldn't have happened at a better moment.

Sabrina & Kyle | Engagement

Not that we don't love winter weddings and winter photoshoots, but when it gets to be April a girl is just ready for some warmer weather, you know? Thanks to Sabrina and Kyle for being good sports and traipsing through the wet, yucky snow that got dumped on us a day before their engagement shoot.  Mother Nature seems to think she is funny - teasing us with the beautiful spring weather for a week prior, then BAM! Blizzard!  

Sabrina and Kyle are one of our first weddings for the upcoming season, and we can't wait for their May wedding in Sedley.  I'm currently in negotiations with Mother Nature, and hoping we can work out a deal for more seasonal weather on their big day. :)

Kyle is an avid snowmobiler and was such a good sport about getting his photos done despite the fresh unseasonable snow. We were more than happy to agree when he asked for a photo of him and Sabrina on their sled :)
